shows a short summary of the origins of jurisprudence rules regarding their concepts, their origins, their sources, their validity, their types, and their significance.
In the first chapter
the researcher treated the adjudicative rule regarding its concept, its constituents with a short treatment of these constituents which are: the judge, the judgment beneficiary, the debtor, the issue of judgment, the issue and the way of judgment.
The second chapter
enacts the rules concerned with the opponents in that it included the rules concerned with the plaintiff, the defendant and the mutual rules between them.
In the third chapter
the researcher point out the most significant jurisprudence rules concerned with the issue of judgment which the judge must know and take into account due to its considerable effect in helping the judge to reach the right he is after.
The researcher, moreover, mentions the adjudication rules concerned with the issue of judgment due to their importance as a background for the judge to adjudicate conducting this study. He added the appendices which included statements from the wholly Qumran and sayings up the prophet all mentioned in this dissertation.
The researcher, furthermore, listed the authors whose works have been referred to as well as the jurisprudence rules which are included in the magazine of judicial ruling, the references and bibliography and An abstract of the thesis in English.
