Abstract

This dissertation addresses the jurisprudence rules concerned with the constituents of the judicial rule and their application in the Jordanian Shari adjudication”.

This dissertation is a comparative adjudicative study aims at addressing the adjudicative rules concerned with the constituents of the adjudicative rule and the extent to which these rules can be applied in the Jordanian Shari adjudication. The study included an introduction, a preface, four chapters and a conclusion which includes the findings, the recommendations, bibliography and references. The dissertation track was as follows:
