In the fourth chapter the researcher tackles the importance as a background for the judge to adjudicate jurisprudence rules concerned with the ruler in that he treats the most significant things concerned with the reliability of the judge, the extent to which he can take decisions, and the extent to which he is responsible for his decisions. The researcher, furthermore, tackles the most significant jurisprudence rules concerned with judgment and its implicit and explicit application, the extent to which that judgment can be influenced through the change of time and place, the effect of suspicion on judgment if the judge has to do with boundaries and whether it is possible for the judge to make magistrate between the opponents. The researcher also showed the Jordanian Shari jurisprudence in every chapter and the extent to which it is applicable in the Shari court.
Finally
the researcher concludes the findings and recommendations he has reached conducting this study. He added the appendices which included statements from the wholly Qumran and sayings of the prophet all mentioned in this dissertation.
