•Les Wattassides étaient une dynastie berbère qui a régné sur le Maroc et le Maghreb central de 1428 à 1549. Ils ont pris le pouvoir après le déclin des Mérinides et ont dû faire face à des conflits internes et à la menace portugaise. Leur règne s'est terminé avec l'arrivée des Saadiens.
