( مسألة ) والعزم على القبيح قبيح اتفاقا ( ع ) وحكمه حكم متعلقه في الفسق وعدمه ( م ) : لا ، إلا أن يقترن به وجه يعظمه كالعزم على الكفر والاستخفاف بالنبي إذ المتعلق هو المقصود فيكون العزم دونه كإرادة قتل النفس .
