( مسألة ) ولا يجوز وقوع تعريف الصغائر وإلا كان إغراء ويقطع بصغر معاصي الأنبياء ع تعيينها يستلزم إباحة الصغائر إذ يعلم أنه لا ضرر عليه فيها .
قلنا : سقوط الثواب ضرر فالتعليل بالإغراء أولى .
