( مسألة ) ( يه ) : وقبل ورود السمع لا يجوز تعذيب الأنبياء عقلا إجماعا لقطعنا بصغر معاصيهم ، إلا عن فرعون ، فجوز تعذيب موسى ، وإكرام فرعون .
قلنا : تعذيب غير المستحق قبيح .
